Terms of Service

Edanic is a fully-managed AI growth service for getting your app discovered: you submit your App Store, Google Play, or website link, and we analyze it, discover real questions people search and ask AI, generate pages that answer them with your product, and host and run those pages as a separate content site on your own domain (a subdomain first, your own domain when you connect one), keeping the content updated over time. You do not have to publish or maintain it yourself, and we do not modify your existing website.

As part of running that site, we connect it to search-engine webmaster tools (currently Google Search Console and Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools, each as a URL-prefix property covering only the pages we host) so we can measure how those pages perform in search and re-optimize them. See the Privacy Policy for what this data covers and which providers process it; you can ask us to disconnect any of them at any time.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

You grant Edanic permission to access and analyze the site(s) you submit, and a license to use your brand assets (name, logo, colors, fonts, product information and screenshots) and your connected domain(s) to generate, host, serve and update content on your behalf. You represent and warrant that you own or control your brand and domain and have the right to grant these permissions.

The content we generate and host for you is yours. You can export it at any time, and it remains available for export during the wind-down window after you cancel. Edanic runs a separate content site and does not modify your existing website. You are responsible for the content hosted under your brand and for reviewing it.

Do not use the Service to submit sites you do not own or control, to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Search rankings and AI citations depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific traffic, ranking, visibility, or revenue outcome. Organic growth takes time.

The Service, including our software, design, and branding, is owned by Edanic and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or technology except as needed to use the Service.

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, AI providers). Your use of those is subject to their terms. You are responsible for your own existing website, for connecting a domain you control, and for the content hosted under your brand.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edanic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Edanic harmless from claims arising out of your content, your website, or your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
